The BackOffice solution utilized by Credit Health staff is an end-to-end workflow solution that help management maximise staff productivity. A custom notifications engine ensures that Credit Health clients are kept informed of progress throughout the client lifecycle. The solution makes use of multiple web services to both receive data from various providers as well as publish data to 3rd party subscribers. Built on Microsoft’s .Net Framework with a SQL Server data store, the solution is primarily web driven and leverages off windows services, SQL jobs and embedded CLR.

Origin Eight Financial Services required a custom application that would enable employees to quickly capture and process loan applications. Because of the financial nature of the system, it was important that the application had built in ability to do cross checks and balances on the figures entered and that as much of the process was automated as possible. Highlights include custom PDF generation of financial documents, roles based workflow and full audit trail.
